	Graham Lee - Chairman Graham Lee brings his extensive experience in the computing and microelectronic market sectors to VQ Communications Ltd. Graham is an experienced Managing Director, Chief Executive and Chairman and is currently Chairman of Herald Electronics Ltd, one of UK's leading electronic manufacturers, Synergie Business Ltd., who provide business advice to both large and small companies and also Director of API, Europe. Graham also brings detailed knowledge and involvement in acquisitions and disposals of small to medium size companies.
	Giles Adams - Managing Director Giles Adams brings his considerable experience in the video conferencing industry to VQ Communications Ltd. Previous to VQ Communications, Giles founded NIAD Communications Ltd., in 1998. As Managing Director, he had complete responsibility for the strategic direction and marketing strategies of the company. Prior to entering the technology market Giles served for 10 years in the RAF and holds a Management Diploma from Leicester University.
	Mike Horsley - Chief Technology Officer Mike Horsley graduated in computer science and has focussed on advanced communications and conferencing. With experience at leading companies such as Intel, Videoserver and Motorola in engineering and marketing positions, Mike brings a wide range of skills and experience to VQ Communications Ltd.
	Jack Dee - Country Manager Jack has a long history of successes in designing, managing and selling of video conferencing solutions into all markets. Jack has held positions with Southern New England Telephone (SNET) and Southwestern Bell Corporation (SBC), as Sr.Video Account Manager and as Director of Stratigic Accounts with Picturetel Corporation. Jack joined NIAD Communications in 2002 and held titles as Sr. Business Consultant and Country Manager.
	Ruth Paton - Sales Support and Marketing After graduation, Ruth Paton began her career in the health service. Having spent several years as a Community Nurse, she moved to become Information Manager within a Community Trust. Ruth brings a wide range of skills and experience to VQ Communications Ltd and holds a Masters Degree in Information Science from Warwick University.
	Gary Watkins - Operations Director Gary Watkins has many years pan-European experience in pre-sales and systems analyst roles within the computer industry. Working for high-end graphics and supercomputing companies like SGI and in the video conferencing industry with Videoserver and Vavox. He brings toVQ Communications wide range of skills in system and service provision and pre-sales support.
