Depending on your network, we may need to change the bandwidth settings for your VQ calls. Before we do this we may ask you to run a network speed test.

Step 2. Once the speed test has run, please contact VQ Customer Support and tell us the speed displayed in the last line of the Your Throughput information on your screen.
