Downloading and installing the VQ Version 4.1 client is a simple process.

Step 1.	Check you have your VQ username and password. Check your local installation policies with your System Administrator. You need administrator rights to install and run VQ. Step 2.	You will need to remove any previous versions of VQ you have on your system. Go to Start>Control Panel>Add and Remove Programs> and remove any previous versions of VQ.
Step 3.	If you have not already done so, install camera drivers onto your system.
Step 4.	Download and install the VQ Client. Remember - save the file to your local program file (normally C: drive) first, before running the installer. Click here to download and install the VQ Version 4.1 Client.
