Known Problems - VQ V4.1 Client

 

 

Below is a list of known problems and some installation and network tips with VQ Version 4.1. We are working on each of the known problems and have also provided work arounds where possible.

Problem Status 23rd June 2008
Using VQ  
Users in non UK timezones see a UK start time as the default when creating a new conference. Open.
VQ microphone mute button does not mute the microphone when checked.

As a workaround, to mute the microphone you need to turn off the headset on the in line control (if you have one).

Network Bandwidth - usage tip.  
To reduce bandwidth consumption, if you are using an ADSL network, we recommend you do not send or receive emails or download files or browse the web, when you are in a VQ call.
