Graham Lee - Chairman
Graham Lee has extensive experience in the computing and microelectronic sectors. Graham is an experienced Managing Director, Chief Executive and Chairman and is currently Chairman of Synergie Business Ltd., who provide business advice to large and small companies and Director of API, Europe. Graham brings detailed knowledge and involvement in acquisitions and disposals of small to medium size companies.

Giles Adams - Managing Director
Giles Adams has considerable experience in the video conferencing industry. Previous to VQ Communications, Giles founded NIAD Communications Ltd., in 1998, which he subsequently sold to the senior management team in 2006. Giles served for 10 years in the RAF and holds a Management Diploma from Leicester University.

Mike Horsley - Chief Technology Officer
Mike Horsley graduated in computer science and has focussed on advanced communications and conferencing. With experience at leading companies such as Intel, Videoserver and Motorola in engineering and marketing positions, Mike brings a wide range of skills and experience to VQ Communications Ltd.

Gary Watkins - Operations Director
Gary Watkins has many years pan-European experience in pre-sales and systems analyst roles within the computer industry. He brings to VQ Communications a wide range of skills in system and service provision and pre-sales support.

Jack Dee - Country Manager
Jack has a long history of successes in designing, managing and selling of video conferencing solutions into all markets. Prior to joining VQ, Jack held positions with Southern New England Telephone and Southwestern Bell Corporation, as Sr.Video Account Manager and as Director of Stratigic Accounts with Picturetel Corporation.
